ABOUT ME

I’m a coach focused on helping people improve their performance, build a strong and capable body, and get more out of themselves both physically and mentally.

My approach combines structured training, practical nutrition, and simple systems that fit into real life. The goal is to help clients move better, feel better, and achieve results they didn’t think were possible without overcomplicating the process.

Alongside coaching, I continue to pursue my own performance goals. I believe in training with purpose and pushing my own limits so I can better understand what it takes to progress, stay consistent, and perform at a higher level.

Current goals:

  • Sub 18-minute 5km Run

  • Chin-ups with +40kg for 10+ reps

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Exercise Science & Human Movement

  • Bachelor of Psychological Studies

  • Certificate IV in Nutrition

Experience

I’ve worked with hundreds of clients across a range of environments, helping people improve strength, fitness, and overall performance.

My experience includes:

  • Head Coach & Manager at Coaching Zone Windy Hill & Ascot Vale

  • 3+ years of CrossFit coaching, including CrossFit Braybrook

  • Strength & Conditioning with Essendon VFL

  • Dryland coaching for swimming squads (NWA) out of Windy Hill

  • Working with EMP (Exercise Movement Professionals) in injury prevention and rehabilitation

  • Currently running my own private training studio

This range of experience has allowed me to work with both general population clients and athletes, while developing a strong understanding of performance, movement quality, and injury management.

Personal Performance

I believe in practising what I coach and continuing to challenge myself physically.

Some milestones I’ve worked towards include:

  • Sub 40-minute 10km (39:57)

  • 130kg bench press

  • 220kg deadlift

  • 27 strict pull-ups

My Approach

Training should be effective, realistic, and sustainable.

I focus on:

  • Building strength and movement quality

  • Improving performance across multiple areas

  • Preventing injuries and keeping clients training consistently

  • Creating simple systems that fit into real life

  • Developing both physical and mental resilience

My Goal as a Coach

To make training, nutrition, and performance simple, accessible, and effective - while helping clients achieve results they didn’t think were possible.
