Gym Program (Base Training 4 weeks)


A full body strength program designed to be performed in a gym or a well equipped home gym. You will need access to a mix of weights including a barbell and dumbbell or kettlebells. The sessions will also incorporate machines such as the leg press, leg curl however if you are doing it from home and do not have access to those machines there will be alternatives. There will be 4 workouts released each week which will look the like the following: Workout 1: Squat & Upper Push Workout 2: Hip Thrust & Upper Pull Workout 3: Deadlift & Upper Push Workout 4: Lunge and Upper Pull Once you have joined the program here, it will reappear on the home screen in your app for Iphone users.
