Cardio Program (Base Training 4 weeks)


Cardio workouts for those looking to improve their conditioning. Cardio sessions can involve a mix of: Running, circuit/ HIIT style training as well as use of the machines at the gym. Running can be subbed out for another machine for those who have running injuries. There will be 4 workouts released each week which will look the like the following: Workout 1: Running Session (short intervals) Workout 2: Circuit / HITT Training Workout 3: Running Session (Longer intervals) Workout 4: Mixed Machines (bike, stepper, x-trainer, rower, treadmill, ski-erg) Once you have joined the program here, it will reappear on the home screen in your app for Iphone users.
