Another high protein dinner option with an asian twist to it. If you love noodles you are in for a treat!



Ingredients:

160g Chicken Breast (weighed raw)

55g Chinese Broccoli

55g Rice stick noodles (erawan brand, weighed dry)

30g onion

20g spring onion

15ml Maggi Oyster sauce

10g soy sauce

10 mLs Ayam Fish Sauce

10g fresh basil

5g Fresh red chilli

5g Minced Garlic

Fibre: 3 g


The third and final main meal for this week's day on a plate. A couple snacks to go to wrap up a whole day of eating around 1600 calories.
