150 g Extra Lean 95% Beef Mince (weighed raw)

5 g Minced Garlic

100 g Val Verde Passata Sauce 80 g Cherry Tomato

85 g Barilla Fusilli Pasta (weighed dry)

50 mLs Bulla Light Sour Cream

20 g Perfect Italiano Shaved parmesan
