A sustainable approach to weight loss would be around .5% and 1% of bodyweight per week which means you are only slightly under your maintenance calories. This should almost not feel like a diet for most of the way.
While the differences per week seem really little, across 8 consistent weeks that can be a significant change. Just note that not every week will reduce by that amount and some weeks you may even go up! (Especially women)
While you can speed up weight loss significantly by eating much less or moving more, it is a lot harder to maintain and you run the risk of feeling super fatigued.
Above you can find your weight and a rough range of what you might lose in 8 weeks. This is a ball park figure and many other factors come into play but a good rough guide regardless! 🙂
