The SZ Method APP makes progressing through workouts easier than ever through three programs.

Cardio

Cardio workouts for those looking to improve their conditioning, including a mix of aerobic and anaerobic fitness.

​

Cardio sessions can involve a mix of:

 Running, circuit/ HIIT style training as well as use of the machines at the gym.

​

Running workouts can be subbed out for another machine for those who have running injuries.

​

Each workout will range from 20-60 minutes.

Bodybuilding/ HIIT

Gym

A full body strength program designed to be performed in a gym or a well equipped home gym. This is for a person of any fitness level who has the goal of increasing their lean muscle mass and improve their strength, physique and movement. 

 

You will need access to a mix of weights including a barbell and dumbbell or kettlebells. The sessions will also incorporate machines such as the leg press, leg curl etc

Squat Program

HOMe

Workouts you can do at home with minimal equipment. The most equipment you might need is a kettlebell or dumbbell.

Workouts are a mix of strength and conditioning targeting your whole body to help you get the most of your home workouts.

​

Each workout will range from 35-50 minutes.
