Dinner for this week is a delicious chicken meal with some veggies and chips! This meal is even bigger than lunch so again, it is important to adjust to your calorie intake.

150 g Chicken Thigh (weighed Raw)

35 g Patak's Oven Bake Lemon and Coriander

200 g Healthy Choice Chips

20 mLs Fountain Reduced Sugar

100 g Carrot

70 g Peas
