130g Pork Tenderloin (weighed raw)

90 g Coleslaw lettuce mix

50g Grated Carrot

40g Canned Corn Kernels

40 mls Praise Coleslaw Dressing

30g Red Onions

Protein: 37g

Fat: 18g

Fibre: 5g

This is the second meal of this week's day on a plate. Dinner and some snacks are still to come with a final wrap up with all of these meals coming together to make a 1600calorie day.
