Another quick an easy wrap which is this week's day on a plate's lunch. High in protein and fibre, while relatively low in carbs this is a really good meal for those on the go.



Ingredients:

1 Mission Low Carb Wrap

20g Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese

1 Sirena La Vita Lite Tuna in Oil 95g Can

30g Lettuce

30g Tomato

15g Onion

15g Masterfoods Sweet Chilli Sauce

Carbs: 24g

Protein: 27g

Fat: 10g

Fibre: 8g



This week's day on a plate starts with this meal for lunch. Dinner, breakfast and some snacks will be coming over the next couple days to bring together a 1700-1800 calorie day of eating.
