A big beef salad for lunch with over 500 calories in the meal. A big portion of the calories come from the potato so if you are looking to reduce your calories in the meal, that may be a good place to start. Dinner will be out tomorrow night, lemon and coriander chicken!

170 g Beef Stir Fry

20 g Ayam Thai Massaman Curry Paste

60 mLs Coconut Milk

200 g Potato Spud Lite

80 g Cucumber

80 g Tomato

25 g Red Onion

35 mLs Birch and Waite Thai, Lime and Coriander
