Got this ready for today's lunch. This Asian dish had a ton of flavour in it, high in protein and low in fat. It is relatively high in carbs and sugar so try to have around a workout or if you can not spare as many carbs, choose a lower carb noodle!
This meal was also a great way for me to get in my veggies for the day as the sauce does an awesome job on making all the ingredients taste great!
This dish does not take too long to make and the packets will leave you enough to have another 3 for the week.
Ingredients:
110g Wokka Thin Egg wok-ready noodles
45g Stir fry Shots - Chinese Hoison and Garlic by Five Tastes
180g Chicken Breast
50g Green Beans
50g Carrot
50g Capsicum
40g Onion
160g Chicken Breast
Macros:
Protein: 31.7g
Carbs: 53.5g
Fat: 4.6g
How to Make:
Cut up all your vegetables and chicken. Leave to the side.
Cook the chicken first until it is lightly brown
Add the vegetables and cook for another 3-5 minutes on a medium to high heat
Add the Stiry fry shots and stir for another 1-2 minutes
Add the noddles and stir into the sauce for another minute or two.
