Protein Pancakes V2


Here is another protein pancake recipe as one of our 8 Week Programmers put together! This has a fair few calories in it so if you want to make it a little lighter, reduce your serving of protein to 30g or lower the amount of ice-cream you put on it, or do both! Enjoy :)


Ingredients:

Vanilla Protein 40g

.2 tsp Baking powder

2 egg whites

.3 cup Frozen blueberry

15g Maple flavoured syrup

110g Malt-Choc teaser Fitlato

Carbs: 52.5g

Fat: 16.5g
