A couple favourites in this meal to kickstart the morning. A little higher in fat (from the bacon and cheese) but makes for an awesome tasting meal.


2 Buttercup Country Split Bread

60g Short Cut Bacon

50g Tomato

30g Light Shredded Mozarella Cheese

Lite Aioli

This is the first meal of our third week of showing a day on a plate. This week's meals are again around the 1600 calorie mark with the goal of hitting 120+ grams of protein. Lunch will be out tomorrow night!
