Outdoor PT Workout 2nd December

This week's outdoor workout!


Timing: 5 minutes on, 1-1.30 off


Workout Duration: Roughly 30-33 minutes for the entire workout not including the warmup


Exercises

Station 1

10 KB Swings

10 One arm overhead KB Lunges

10 KB Single Arm Shoulder Presses each side


Station 2

10 Band Pull Aparts

10 DB Slams

10 Russian Twists each side


Station 3

5 Minutes of Running


Station 4

10 Pushups

10 Bulgarian Split Squats Each Leg

10 Inch Worms


Station 5

100 Skips or 50 Double Under

10 Bench Dips

10 Broad Jumps and Tuck Jumps

How it Works:

Start at Station 1 and rotate through the 3 exercises for 5 minutes. Take a 60- 90 sec rest and then move to the net station. Make sure to slow down the strength exercises and push through the cardio exercises.
