This week’s workout with Amy! A tough workout which only takes 25 minutes! See how many rounds you can get :)
🔹 For 10 minutes, as many rounds as possible
🔸 kB clean and jerk/ ground touch and jump
🔸5 pushups
🔸10 broad jumps
🔸4 laps of running or 50m run
🔹rest 3 minutes
🔹For 10 minutes, as many rounds as possible
🔸 10 bent over rows on one side (swap sides every time you come back to it)
🔸5 Pushups
🔸10 Skaters
🔸4 laps of running or 50m run
Exercise Tips:
Kb Clean and Jerk: Get the weight to your shoulders and then above your head
Pushups: Aim to do as many as you can on your toes
Skaters with a ground touch - touch the ground with the opposite hand to the foot that lands.
Bent over row: Keep the back straight and elbows tucked in.
